These prices include full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), from dinner on Sunday, October 27, to breakfast on Saturday, November 2, lunch on the 30th and Gala Dinner
\nThey also include all the activities of the Congress and the bus trips of the congressmen and the trips of the companions.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2<\/span> CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION AT HOTEL INTUR ORANGE<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nFor those who do not wish to use the accommodation services provided by the organising association:<\/span>
\n— Registration fee only: attendance at the conferences and symposium, the welcome bag, wine of honour and mycological outings to collection areas in your own vehicle: 50 euros<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n— Registration fee and lunch on October 30 at Casa Ram\u00f3n Restaurant: 85 euros.
\n<\/strong>— Registration fee and Gala Dinner at the Hotel Intelier Orange on November 1st: 90 euros.<\/strong><\/span>
\n— Registration fee, lunch on October 30th at Casa Ram\u00f3n Restaurant, and Gala Dinner at the Hotel Intelier Orange on November 1st: 125 euros<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non-accommodated Congress Members may also use the hotel’s restaurant for the rest of the daily lunches and dinners with an amount of 15 euros per lunch <\/strong>and 15 euros per dinner<\/strong>, which must be communicated in advance and paid directly at the Hotel reception.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payment must be made by bank transfer, at no cost to the recipient, <\/strong>and indicating in the concept of the transfer the full name of the congressman or companion <\/strong>and must be sent in the name of:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nAt the time of registration, payment of 50% of the price of the accommodation and the full registration fee must be made.<\/strong>

… SECOND PAID<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe remaining 50% of the accommodation must be submitted by September 15, 2024.
\n<\/span><\/strong>Proof of payment (copy of transfer) must be submitted by email (cemm.somival@gmail.com<\/strong>).<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span>After registration and payment, the organizing committee will confirm the reservation by e-mail, which must be presented at the Hotel reception.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

… CANCELLATIONS<\/span>.
\n<\/strong>First payment<\/strong>. If the registration <\/strong>is cancelled before July 15, 2024, the registration <\/strong>fee will not be refunded<\/strong>.<\/span>
\nSecond payment<\/strong>. If cancelled between July 15 and September 15, 2024, the <\/strong>first payment and registration fee will not be refunded<\/strong>.
\nIf the cancellation <\/strong>is made after September 15, 2024<\/strong>, no refund will be possible.<\/strong>
\nHowever, each situation will be examined in the event of a serious illness or accident.<\/span>
